My name is Loran Vendel, project manager. I consult companies faced with projects yielding insufficient returns. I provide clarity as to the viability of projects and I ensure that stakeholders place their focus on achievements through joint efforts, resulting in a well-oiled team, a balanced relationship with the supplier, high-grade products and projects that deliver on time.
Over the past years I have built up an extensive project and program management portfolio, and additionally I have gathered a great deal of agile process and content based experience with clients such as FMO and ING Bank. This has laid the foundation for me to be able to support your organization as a project/change manager, but also to step into agile (coach) to add value to your organization.
